  2. Stop iTunes from asking me to sign in to Store!! - MacRumors...

    forums.macrumors.com/threads/stop-itunes-from-asking-me-to...

Jan 26, 2018. #21. UPDATE -- I think I've found the solution. You have to completely, totally, absolutely "Sign out" of all things iTunes Store/account by going to Account > Sign Out. Until then, even though you may not be actually "signed in", it thinks you are kinda signed in, or want to be.

  3. iTunes 12.6.5.3 on Apple Silicon - MacRumors Forums

    forums.macrumors.com/threads/itunes-12-6-5-3-on-apple...

I would suggest opening Preferences – Restrictions, disabling iTunes Store and restarting the app. The same script can be used for other versions of iTunes, I’ve tested it on 12.7.5.9 and 12.8.3.1.

  4. iTunes Store blank screen - MacRumors Forums

    forums.macrumors.com/threads/itunes-store-blank-screen.1728683

Reset iTunes Store cache. I had this same issue today, and it was so vexing! I tried restarting, reinstalling iTunes, updating my DNS settings, throwing away and rebuilding .plists, and nothing seemed to help. I knew it was a preference/cache-type issue because iTunes worked fine when I created a new user account.

Apr 24, 2009. #6. Galley said: Artwork downloaded from the iTunes Store is stored in a database. Artwork you add manually, is stored in the file itself. Yes there seem to be two ways. But even if it's stored in the files themselves iTunes seems to build a library of all the artwork in a local directory. S.

  7. Why don't Apple offer CD-quality / Lossless music purchases on...

Nov 11, 2022. #13. dewalt23 said: You can buy CD's and import them using iTunes, but it requires a computer. Apples to oranges, not all lossless tracks are created equal. Red book CDs are only 16-bit/44.1 khz while studio tracks are encoded all the way up to 24-bit/48 kHz; Hi-Res lossless tops out hit 24-bit/192 kHz.

  8. Still Possible to use iTunes Store in 10.6.3? - MacRumors Forums

    forums.macrumors.com/threads/still-possible-to-use-itunes...

The title says it all - is the iTunes store still working for others in the last PPC version (10.6.3)? Been ages since I bought an album via iTunes, but a local group just released one and I wanted to buy it, but find the iTunes store nearly completely unusable now on my Powerbook.

  9. Accessing the U.S. iTunes/App Store Outside of the U.S.

    forums.macrumors.com/threads/accessing-the-u-s-itunes-app...

US iTunes store does work outside the US. I can confirm Thailand, Philippines, Nepal, Afghanistan, Oman, UAE, UK, Germany as well. It is definitely the credit card that ties it all together. Another way to connect to a particular iTunes Store from abroad is to buy and redeem iTunes gift cards into your account.

  10. "Cannot Connect to the App Store" | MacRumors Forums

Macschrauber said: Not with missing IDs. You should get the 2nd store repaired, but this is not your AppleID problem. Sometimes it helps, forcing a garbage collection with continuous nvram resets. (Cmd-alt-p-r together until it chimes 4 times altogether). Tried (Cmd-alt-p-r together until it chimes 4 times altogether), App Store issue remains.

  11. Any way to purchase songs in iTunes from another country?

    forums.macrumors.com/threads/any-way-to-purchase-songs-in...

Music from the Japanese iTunes Store is fully compatible with iTunes and iPods from any country. iTunes has no issues with maintaining multiple accounts in more than one music store. It couldn't be simpler! And best of all, you can surf and buy music from your iPhone (version 1.1.1 firmware or higher) or iPod Touch!
