The Microsoft account is accessed through Microsoft 365 login. When I login to other emails I use the business login. I tried the link you included but this just reset the account password, not the email password. Screenshot attached. Thank you for any guidance you can give.

If you do not have your authenticator, it will be virtually impossible to access the account. The who point of two factor is to disallow access without both factors. Microsoft cannot help with that. When you employ 2FA, you are saying, "I'm totally in charge of my own security." I wish I had better news.
Password reset not working in Office 365 When I change a users password using the O365 portal, the change does not register with the user account in my on premise domain. This action does work using the Azure portal though
