If that wasn't an available solution you'd have to get a new TV. I too have maxed out memory and just spoke to a customer service tech at Samsung and this is the permanent solution. I found 2 16GB memory sticks for $9 at Walmart. It's no different than adding an SD card to expand a phone's available memory.
Projectors & Other TVs. Paramount+ is available for TVs made in 2017 on up. If the app doesn't show up in the app store for you, it's possible that your TV model isn't compatible and you would need to reach out to the Paramount+ app developers as they are the ones that make the apps compatible with different devices.
