Gift Card Balance. Hello, I would like to check my gift card balance. I tried to do it over the phone but it kept asking for a 16 digit number. My card has a 19 digit code with a 4 digit pin. There is also a barcode with a 13 digit code beneath it.

Hi idk if Sephora is a scam or if their customer’s information/accounts have been compromised but I uploaded a $50 gift card that I was gifted to my account that once showed the intended balance of $50. Gift card is empty. I was gifted a sephora gift card from my friend. It is supposed to have $ balance on it. When I check it online it says $0 balance. My friend went in store and I went in store telling them about this issue but they tell us there is nothing they can do about it. I also contacted CS by phone but they were not helpful at all.
