Royal Caribbean has a sale every single day, they just change the name of it. Their prices fluctuate almost daily and the difference in price usually has nothing to do with the current "sale". If you find a ship/itinerary that you want at a price that is within your budget, book it.
This is the first time that we have booked a guaranteed junior suite and I was just wondering if anyone has had experience with this or should I just go ahead and book my suite without the guarantee? not exactly sure what to expect with a guaranteed suite.

This is correct. RCI does not allow anything with a cord and power outlets. "Pure" USB hubs, which can charge up to 7 or more devices, are allowed with a cord, since the power output is limited. My best solution is a plug adapter to adapt the 220v outlet to US 110v, then a "pure" USB hub for any electronics.
