SFU Mail: The university's email and calendar system. We're Upgrading SFU Mail. Now with Exchange Online. Between Fall 2023 and 2025, your SFU mailbox will be upgrading to Exchange Online. You'll have a wider array of new mail features and the University will maintain a secure and efficient service. Here's what to expect after your mailbox upgrade:
Sign In - CAS – Central Authentication Service. Username: Password: Forgot your password? Change your password. Need help? Protect your Password. SFU will never request our users provide or confirm their Computing ID or password via email or by going to any web site.
To sign into SFU Mail on web browser: Go to https://outlook.office.com, or select the button: Visit outlook.office.com. Enter your SFU Email, YourComputingID@sfu.ca. Then, select Sign In. Enter your SFU Computing ID and password, then select Sign In. If you are enrolled in MFA, you'll be asked to enter your MFA code. Congratulations!
