    I adjusted my time automatically on my laptop, cleared my cache and cookies and of course I was able to login without an issue. I have since finished my orientation performance assessment and hopefully I will not encounter future issues.     Mine has done that with Brave if the shields are up. But I was able to just login on my end. Mine has been doing that in Chrome as well! I never used to have the problem but it just started this past week.

    Not sure what might cause the former, but the latter is still a fairly common issue for folks with multiple Google accounts (like me). If it is the latter, you might try opening an "Incognito Window" and logging in to the student portal directly from that window. Choose the email link from the portal (after login) and it should work.

    You should have got your 24 hour text and email today. I got mine about 30 minutes ago. To see the nelnet info, click on “select refund method” in the financial services tab, put in your WGU email, and it should show your refund is pending, then it will change to sent to/accepted by processor likely tomorrow, then your money can come at any moment from there.

    Not sure what the issue is. Try changing your DNS to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4. For whatever reason, if you're navigating to the site from a bookmark, this happens. I have it as a tile on Chrome's home page and don't have an issue using that, or just typing it in. I also just use my.wgu.edu and it auto redirects to https.
