The BDO website tells me to activate by texting: ACTIVATE (space) first name/ middle name/ last name/ last 4 digits of the card to 225678. However, upon trying numerous arrangements of my name, I was unable to activate my credit card. Also tried calling customer service and they still redirects me to the SMS activation option.

Living in a condo makes it tricky – Entrego doesn't contact their customers directly due to security reasons. Staff told me to go to their website under “Credit Card Services” and fill out the “Update Information Page” then a bdo rep will call in 3 business days. Reference pic below. 4.
