I have received several calls from (999)910-0250 about errors occurring on my PC and supposedly affecting Microsoft. I could not get the people to show or confirm that they were from Microsoft. They wanted me to go to www.support.me and put in a technician number but I refused based on a lack of confirmation that they were from Microsoft.

It helps you provide the Remote access to your computer when needed to be cured by the technicians online. They cannot access your computer through support.me unless or until you allow them to access.
i just went on support.me but then hung up after i found out it was a scam how likely is it they could have gained access to any info if i did not give them passwords. as my stuff is all on norton
I was scammed for 350 euro today with a so called support from Microsoft from www.support.me +I was called by telephone. I was called before from numbers in Estonia-They uploaded from distance 2 programs on my computer. they knew all my personalization before hand, including my computer identity code. Www.support.me scam I suspected it was something bogus but played along (making him repeat everything a number o times) until reaching the point where he wanted me to connect to www.support.me. At which point he got upset when I told him I see its a scam, and in a language I don't speak I suppose he called me something un speak-able.
