Man, I've done the mineral oil thing and have been very upset with how fast they milk out and how soft they are. For me, I pack a jar full, use the foodsaver mason jar attachment, and draw a vaccuum, then for good measure, throw the jar into a foodsaver bag to make sure it doesn't loose it's vaccuum, then into the freezer.
Coffee maker is on cottage . As far as the Foodsaver; I would wait bro package at home . Fish cleaning is not allowed at cottage , for good reasons. Daves guy is not always available , but if he is he is awesome ! Take advantage of him !! Bring two of the large , white , Salmon size coolers , you won't regret it !!!!!
Yes I have to agree with SpawnSac.I use my Foodsaver Vacuum sealer never done them in bags but i use the freezer mason jars and the attachment sprinkle a little bit of salt on top and swish the eggs around in the jar seal it and in the freezer.still have 7 pints left from last year.I also would rec. buying a vacuum sealer I use it for mannnny things.
