The control panel won't open and I need windows to default games to my 2070 rather than the integrated graphics card. I've tried reinstalling everything from the control panel itself to my drivers but nothing is working.

When i tried to open Nvidia Control panel it won't open. Once right click on desktop and click nvidia control panel, The blue circle shows by the mouse pointer and nothing opens. The second problem is when i play game (GTA 4) after 5 or 10 minutes the computer screen freezes, and the blue screen of TV shows up and says no signal.
