The download feature has disappeared, it was there last week. Referring to Netflix's website, here is what it says now. To download TV shows or movies you'll need one of these devices with the latest version of the Netflix app installed: Talking with a Netflix rep they said it was removed to enhance the experience.
It appears Netflix has updated its app on the Microsoft Store and it's no longer a Windows application but a PWA (Progressive Web App). I have the old version installed, but when I updated it just now, it became a PWA. Uninstall it and try to install the old version using this link and see if it helps.

Netflix works well on other browser like Google Chrome but I like Edge due to its new features and access. I am attaching the screenshot of the Netflix screen - Please fix this problem as soon as possiible.
For the meantime, check Windows Updates. Go to Settings >> Windows updates >> Check for updates. Also check optional updates and install them if available. Run Surface Diagnostic Toolkit. Hi thanks for the reply. -My windows 10 is home edition. -Netflix app 6.93.375.0 its up to date by the windows store. -the download arrow is totally missing. -I cant download either movies or series. -Yes is the same account that i use in my tablet and phone. -I havent made any mayor change in my computer, i only update the thing and no more.
