Use Sign-in Helper, AOL's password reset and account recovery tool, to get back in to your account. Go to the Sign-in Helper. Enter one of the account recovery items listed. Click Continue. Sign in to the AOL Account Security page. Scroll to the bottom of the page. First add a new email or phone number. Enter your new recovery info and follow the on-screen prompts. Click remove next to the old recovery option. Click Remove email or Remove phone to confirm.
