From the app: Open the Ancestry app and sign in. If you’ve forgotten your password, see resetting your password. In the top-left corner, tap your profile. Scroll down and tap Account (iOS) or Account settings (android).. Under Account settings (iOS) or Account information (android), tap Change Password. Enter your current password.
Go to Account settings. If prompted, sign in. Under Account information, choose Two-step verification. Select Enable. If asked, verify your account by entering a code sent to your email or your Ancestry password. Choose Phone (recommended) or Email, then select Continue.
