Mikel Koliqi (September 29, 1900 – January 28, 1997) was an Albanian cardinal and priest of the Roman Catholic Church. He was born and died in Shkodër (Shkodra), Albania . At the time of his death, he was the oldest member of the College of Cardinals , and was also the last living cardinal to have been born in the 19th century.
