Miss La Union. Miss La Union ( Ilocano: Mutia Ti La Union) is an annual beauty pageant in the province of La Union of the Philippines. It began as the “Miss La Union” contest in 1978. The early editions were held years apart. The pageant took a break in 1992 and was not revived until 2000 as the “Millennium Mutya ng La Union” competition.
