also, i have since learned from this source that more than 960,000 runners have finished the chicago marathon so far, and more than 47,000 are scheduled to run this year, so am adjusting my estimated finish time of the millionth finisher to 18:45 utc, based on the results of runners who finished in the 15th percentile last year, as seen here.
