Trying to reinstall Epic Games Launcher. Previously installed on 2nd HD (E:) which died. Unsurprisingly I can't uninstall it because the drive doesn't exist. I have gone through several other support pages with how to try and get around this. They all point to doing it from the Apps & Features tool basicly. I then tried a bit more brute force.

Hello William, if it is open in Windows and you cannot close it, do the Ctrl+Alt+Del command on your keyboard and then click on Task Manager. Task Manager - Clicking or tapping on Task Manager opens the Windows tool bearing the same name, after that find the Epic App and click close. And to unistall a App, follow the procedures below.

Can't delete Epic game Launcher. Hello, Epic Games Launcher Keeps crashing a lot making other apps and website crash and slow, So I tried to delete Epic Game, And its keeps saying "Please close Epic Game Launcher before trying to delete it." I'm so confused the Epic Game is not even open.

In the left pane of the Registry Editor, make sure 'Computer' at the top is selected. Then choose Edit - Search. Search for Epic Games Launcher. Delete any entry you find that references to your E drive, and after each entry found, press F3 to continue searching.
