Switch on Find My Mobile and activate remote settings. With the device unlocked, swipe down from the top of the screen to reveal the Quick Settings panel. Tap the Settings icon. It's the cog-like symbol on the right-hand side. Scroll down to Biometrics and security and then tap Find My Mobile.

I would also recommend contacting our Samsung Customer service team directly at 1-800-726-7864 as this will allow them to remote into your device and verify all setting on your watch. 09-24-2023 10:20 AM (Last edited 09-24-2023 10:21 AM ) in. You can sign in to Find My Mobile by going on your Galaxy mobile device, open Settings and tap into the “Biometrics and security” menu. From there, tap the “Find My Mobile” option and toggle “on.”. You'll need to enter your Samsung account details, or you can easily create an account if you don't already have one. I hope this helps ...
