    This needs to be fixed. Everytime I try it brings me to what looks like the home page. It's been at least 2 days now. I find it strange that it only happens on Order Status. I can check Easy Pay and Returns but not Order Status? I wonder when this will be fixed? I find extremely annoying!!!

    It has happened to me 2 or 3 times. One time it took almost 24 hours for the order to show on my order page. Like you, I did not receive a confirmation email. That time Customer Service recommended that I place the order again. That was a mistake - I ended up being sent the order twice (did not catch either order in time to cancel).

    Yes, this has happened to me a handful of times in the last few years. It's one reason I make sure to write down the order number and/or take a screenshot of the completed order receipt. If it's not showing in your order status, customer service can't see it either. Usually the email and order status updates properly the next day at some point.

    When I check my order status now they don't have the price I've paid, just tax and shipping. First off that's a pain and if you have ordered several items it's real hard to figure out the amount you've paid for the individual item. Why does the Q keep changing things to make it harder.
