If you have a Spotify Premium for Students subscription, you will be able to add Hulu to your account via Spotify’s website. To do so: Log in to your Spotify Premium for Students account. Go to your account page and under Account overview select Activate Hulu. Complete the required fields to activate your Hulu account.

Hi again, @Kirbeansss. If you’re still having issues to activate your Hulu account, the best option here would be get in touch with my folks from the Customer Support, as I already suggested before. They can look deeper into your case and check if there is anything wrong with your subscription.
After that you should be able to log in with your associated email address and the password you've created 🙂. You should also be able to access Hulu from your Spotify account page > Services > Hulu > Start watching . Hope this helps 🙂. Help others find this answer and click "Accept as Solution".
Thanks for reaching out to us about this. We are aware that there were several issues regarding the Premium + Hulu subscription, namely: Problems activating Hulu with the student discount. [Subscription] Hulu cancelled after payment details updated. All of the above-mentioned issues should now be fixed.
