At the bottom right, click Activities Whiteboarding. Select an option: To create a new Jamboard: Click Start a new whiteboard. To open an existing Jamboard from your drive, shared drives, or computer: Click Choose from Drive. Tip: The Jamboard file will open in a new tab and a link is shared automatically via the in-call chat.

Step 1: Connect the board to an open network. Press the power button on the right rear panel. On initial setup, you can connect Jamboard to an open Wi-Fi, WPA2 with password, or unfiltered Ethernet network. Note: This network can't use a captive portal or require a proxy. Those capabilities are only available after the device is updated.
From the Admin console, go to Apps Google Workspace Jamboard Service. Click Service status. To turn a service on or off for everyone in your organization, click On for everyone or Off for everyone, and then click Save. At the left, select the organizational unit. To change the Service status, select On or Off.
