Report abuse. I've just performed the following tests using the Mail app on Win 11 system and everything worked as expected without issues. Series 1 (no email accounts were configured) #1 - Added an Outlook.com account. #2 - Added a 2nd Outlook.com account. #3 - Added an Office 365 (hosted Exchange) account.

Microsoft re-branded the email as outlook.com. Sign up in outlook.com and select/create a hotmail.com account initially. and then you can login and create an alias in account settings with a hotmail.co.uk. Thanks for tour help. This has solved my problem.
Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community. I understand from your description that we are stuck at the "not a robot" puzzle. Microsoft set the puzzle unused emails or auto-applied extensions. We created a new account to test this situation and through the puzzle normally. You may please try more slope image to test it.
