Daily parking permits are $5 per day, per vehicle. You can purchase them only at a park that charges a day-use parking fee. Most are dispensed from small yellow machines near the park entrance or parking area, but some are sold from the park booth or office.
Daily parking permits ($5) are available at every day-use park that charges a fee. One-year ($30) and two-year ($50) parking passes are available by phone at (800) 551-6949 with a Visa or MasterCard, from state park offices and from other vendors all over the state.
The Special Access Pass is for veterans with a service-connected disability. Survivors of deceased veterans, spouse and/or other family members of veterans do not qualify for this pass. Eligible U.S. military members on leave are reimbursed for their campsite and day-use costs.
Same-day online reservations now available statewide as of Jan. 1, 2024. That means most Oregon State Park campgrounds will allow visitors to make same-day camping reservations online. Previously, visitors could only make online reservations 24 hours in advance of their arrival date.
From Dec. 1-31, visitors and holiday shoppers can buy them for only $25--that's $5 off the regular price of $30. Purchasing these passes is easy--buy them online at https://store.oregonstateparks.org, along with branded holiday gift gear, such as portable coolers, water bottles and baseball caps.
