This is the problem with uber eats. Saturday night between 6-8 the city surges like mad because people are moving around. At that time people are ordering food for dinner. The result is this. Drivers ignoring the eats jobs in the hope for a nice surge fare. This results in the pings ending up 25 min.

Since then, the Eats option would not show up in my Driving Preferences, and I get no Eats requests. I've emailed and phoned support several times and each time they give me the standard response which is relog / reinstall / reboot.

I worked for 9 hours last Monday and got 3 requests. I got one the next day and the restaurant never received the order so Uber had to cancel it.
Hola Gabriela. Hace 8 meses hice lo mismo. Comencé con mi carro viejo haciendo entregas de uber eats y doordash. Después apliqué al Leasing de Uber y cambié la cuenta a uberX. Tienes que ir a cualquier oficina de Uber, allá te hacen el cambio, pero primero vuelven a correr los background checks. Yo tuve que esperar casi una semana.

I've been a delivery driver on and off for about 4 years, but only recently, within the last week, did I start multi-apping with UberEats. Today at around 4pm I receive a notification that says my account has been deactivated and I need to resolve an issue before going online.

But 3 of those times I have noticed that the driver is using a different vehicle then that listed on the app. Usually it's a beat up 2003ish coupe or hatchback type car looking like it's done 200,000+ kms.

I'm working on updating my car anyways, so this is all moot. If the age limit is 18 years or 20 years, I still have between 2 to 4 years to update my car.
