Champion (Retired) @davidballardjr. The Sims 4 works well with Windows 11 so we need to look elsewhere. Move your Mods folder to the Desktop and delete localthumbcache.package. Rightclick the game in Origin and select Repair You need to wait for all packs to be repaired it will take some time.
Try the following things: Restart Origin. Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place. Reinstall Origin. Restart your router/modem. Make sure the game isn't hidden by accident. To check, put the filter to Hidden Games.
I'm having this same issue. I originally bought The Sims 4 through Origin. Now that Origin has been replaced with the EA App, I was able to download Sims 4, and only 2 of my like 10 different expansion packs installed. They show up when I click on manage, and then manage add-ons.
