Ice cream cones bugged. So my ice cream cones is bugged. I hand in the mags but they never count towards the quest and can never been seen again. Should i turn them in all at once? I turned all 3 in at once, but this doesn't sound like that's really the issue. Have you tried to run an integrity check through the launcher?
Craft from lavatory 2. You can also do your 2 blackrock quest on lavatory 2 also. zb-14 on woods is a 60 round printer. can pretty reliably count on them spawning there. Killed Killa on a scav run and emptied him out, he had all the mags for ice cream cones i needed. Craft the mags, by far the easiest way.
They can be crafted. I always find them in the zb-14 extract on woods. Still can be crafted in lav lv2, theres a search bar now aswell which makes it easier to find the mags to make, IIRC its 4 30 round mags, 2 kek tape for 1 60-round mag. Anything created in hideout counts as found in raid, I crafted them for this quest.

Let's talk about ice cream cones... Issue. We need 3 of one of the least common item to find in the wild, all found in raid. The 60 round mags simply don't spawn on scavs, they supposedly drop off of crates, never found them in over 673 hours in the game, over multiple wipes... The only way apparently to find them reliably is killing Killa ...
Ice Cream Cones- possible [bug] PVE. Quest isn't there. I'm level 17. I have my 2nd cone crafting right now as we speak. But the task is no where to be found for me. Not under my task list, not under Prapors list, not even under completed.
Push to get Lavatory L2 and craft them. Obviously check whenever you play Woods, or have an opportunity to kill Killa, etc. i found that zb-14 wasnt giving the mags. imho best bet aside from killing raiders or any scav boss' guards would to just be waiting out until you have lavatory 2 and crafting them.
Ice cream cones. I've been on this task since 8pm a couple days ago. Woke up at 3 am and got grinding. It is 11am and it has been 30+ raids. I've gotten to zb014 4 or 5 times. It was looted once. I died there once. The 2 or 3 times that I checked the spawn, nothing. I have had better luck finding the mags in wood crates on factory where I found 1.
Everything produced in the hideout counts as found in raid. Craft them. Craft is 4 30 round mags and 1 kek tape. Aside from the bunker that is usually already looted unless you spawn there, Hideout. Raiders/Bosses (Killa)/Guards. Weapons Crates/Parts Spawns.
