It sounds like you had a PSN Account that was tied to an EA account, you unlinked that account which would result in losing your items, progress, etc as they are saved on an EA account level. You now have the PSN linked to a new EA account and your account has gone through the Cross Progression process but does not have your items, progress, etc.

POSTDATA: For a quicker resolution, let the EA agent know that the unlink button isn't visible, and you need assistance in removing a PSN account.
