They are not the same. Fallen angels are fairly clear cut: angelic beings that followed the devil when he rebelled. In the NT they are principalities, powers, wicked spirituals in the mid heavenlies. Demons are less clear. We know there are 2 different classes; diamion and diamionon in the Greek.
Either way, the point is the same. In the spiritual world, the realm of angels, demons, and disembodied human spirits, there is no need for procreation (and by extension then, marriage). Procreation is part of the material world and is necessary to maintain the physical population of humanity, who are hybrid beings of matter and spirit.
God speaks to us in/through the spiritual realm. That is why both believers and unbelievers can see angels, demons or other spirit beings. It is an ability that we all have (to different degrees) because of how God made us. Some people are born with a more developed ability.

Biblically accurate angels actually look nothing like how angels are depicted in art and culture. Though some look fairly similar to humans, others look like a mash-up of humans and animals. Still, others look completely different from anything found in this world. All of them have unique features that set them apart from anything natural.
