WASHINGTON, DC — Today, the United States Postal Service filed notice with the Postal Regulatory Commission (PRC) of mailing services price changes to take effect Jan. 21, 2024. The new rates include a 2-cent increase in the price of a First-Class Mail Forever stamp, from 66 cents to 68 cents.
USPS will adjust mailing services prices, effective Sunday, July 14. The changes will raise mailing services product prices approximately 7.8 percent. The Postal Service will also adjust prices for Special Services products, including Certified Mail and money order fees.
The Forever stamp price is now 68 cents under the U.S. Postal Service plan for mail and shipping rate increases in 2024.
