Hi, I'm using the latest V14 Teamviewer. I want to connect to two locations - one which is also using the latest version, but another version which is using version 11. When I try to connect to the version 11 site I get a message saying it's too old, and asking the remote site to upgrade to the latest version.
Hello, I just upgraded version 13 to version 14 preview. Now, Teamviewer is not starting any more. I manually uninstalled Teamviewer, restarted and installed Teamviewer 14 again (14.0.8346 Beta): same problem. I am on High Sierra 10.13.6 (FR) Thank you for your help.
If Team Viewer 14 can not be made compatible with Windows XP and, moreover, it becomes the only version allowed, this will forced many of us to find other solutions. It is not convinient, but we got no other choice. However, I am expecting to receive a fair support. Thank you for all you have done, however, we appreciate it.
Hi, we're having an issue when trying to uninstall TeamViewer 14. We've tried both manually on each client as well as using a deployment tool (PDQ Deploy) to uninstall via a msiexec command line.
