A bit late to the party, but I had very bad experiences at Dogtopia in Tysons. My dog was penned all day (i had printed screen caps to prove it), and her crate wasn't cleaned after going to the bathroom. When I arrived, I asked the staff how she was, and they claimed that my dog was great, no write ups or anything.
When the file was done, I opened MC launcher, clicked installations, hovered over "Latest release 1.16.5" and clicked on the folder. A screen popped up headed .minecraft. The base pay at Dogtopia was $11 which I started at and I was given a 4 dollar raise within a 6 month period. I didn’t notice until 3 weeks after the 3rd time my boss offered to give me a raise that the amount I was supposed to receive stayed the same. Most of us worked hard only to be given chump change.
I will note that this was a franchise location which has since changed ownership, however, the corporate training videos had a section where they say “the average Dogtopia customer spends thirty two thousand dollars with us, so every time the phone rings tell yourself ‘thirty two thousand dollars, thirty two thousand dollars’”.
