You can try resetting preferences. I have one account and two channels. I just noticed that you can click on the plus sign to the right of the "channel" indication and it prompts you to authenticate one channel or the other. I did not sign out before doing that. I add the image below.

Logging out of Premiere Pro. Hi all, I recently got Premiere Pro on my home computer for a school project, and I accidentally signed in with my own email instead of my edupass email, so I'm wondering if it's possible to switch account or log out. Or would it just boot my account out after the end of the free trial, which would be good too.
Mar 16, 2017. Hi again Rameez, I updated my version of flash and still can't log in. I've tried chrome, firefox, edge - all up to date - and still can't log in. It just says it's loading but never actually loads. I've also tried to log in using my android device and other computers I have lying around the house.
When I enter the Username and Password I am able to use Premiere and Media Encoder. I am not going to disconnect from the Internet every time I want to use Premiere or Media Encoder. Once I have used either program and do not turn off the computer, I have no problem using the programs. Upvote.
Solved: I downloaded, and am currently paying the monthly subscription for Premiere, onto my laptop several months ago. Since then, I've bought a new desktop - 8791121 Adobe Community
Solved: I go to the creative cloud application, open the drop down menu beside the "buy" button, click open, and nothing happens.
