The 2024 Texas A&M Aggies football team will represent Texas A&M University during the 2024 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Aggies play their home games at Kyle Field located in College Station, Texas, and compete as members of the Southeastern Conference (SEC). They will be led by Mike Elko in his first year as the team's head coach.
Seven coaches have won conference championships with the Aggies: Bible, Norton, Bryant, Stallings, Bellard, Sherrill and Slocum. Bible and Norton are the only coaches to have won a national championship at Texas A&M. Slocum is the all-time leader in games coached (172), total wins (123) and is tied with Norton for years coached (14).
Texas A&M and LSU were both members of the Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Association from 1903 to 1908 and 1912–1914 and are both members of the SEC. The Aggies first played the Tigers in College Station in 1899, winning 52–0. The Tigers are the Aggies' seventh-oldest collegiate-football rival.
