For the past 27 hours I lost access to Spectrum/webmail.net and can't sign on. Spectrum walked me through gaining access via InPrivate mode, but I can't gain access under current web site. I need to speak with live support as I can't keep on reading/writing via In Private path. Please contact me as soon as permissible as over 27 hours is harsh.
