I have a Roku Streaming stick with a remote that has the voice button and can turn the sound up and down, my remote will turn the tv on and off and change the volume but won’t change the apps. The other buttons don’t work either. I have changed the batteries, unplugged the roku multiple times and reset my internet and it is still not working.

Put your streaming device in pairing mode: Remove the power cable from your streaming device. Wait at least 5 seconds. Re-connect the power cable. The 4K remote works fine and all functions work except within the last couple days the "Home" Button stopped working and won't switch the TV to the Roku Home Menu. I can use my TV remote to enter the Roku Home Menu and the Home function/button works while switching thru different streaming channels; it just won't make the original connection!
The charger I use outputs 2 amps and the remote charges fairly quickly. You can check the charge level via Settings > Remotes & devices > Remotes > Voice Remote Pro > About, or just by unplugging from the charger and observing the popup on the upper right corner of the screen.
