The Acrobat DC is ONE installer package that comes with a base install and then applies the most recent update, so the installer you download TODAY has the 23.003.20215 update included. What you could try is download the installer package, un-zip it, delete the update .msp file, then install.
Amal. sorry, I forgot to say, I have Reader version installed for all my users in my company, so I will like to remove it, cause they dont have a Pro subscription. So we deploy reader for all. There is some regkey like "bAcroSuppressUpsell" but , dont see the right key to remove that add. Amal.
