For those saying is on Total Access (or Worklife), my experience is that it isn’t for former employees. I was looking for mine after I left late last year. I had to wait for it in the mail. I’d reach out to Boeing to see about sending another. (Caveat: not sure what the process is for this, so take this advice with a grain of salt.)

Is there even an HR department anymore at Boeing? Total Access, which was discontinued in 2019, used to clearly list who your representative was with contact info. I can’t find anything similar in that travesty Worklife. Also, who monitors bad management behavior when the conflict isn’t necessarily an Ethics issue, but just incompetent.

Then as well I don't remember the requirements for time you owe back such as if it is a 2 year program, Boeing pays for two you owe 3 years time to Boeing. Otherwise you would need to reimburse Boeing a certain amount.
