    Apple used to offer excellent customer service, much like Amazon and T-Mobile. People made a point of saying how good they were. Now all three have declined in customer service. Apple is the most noticeable to me. The quality of the retail staff has also sharply declined in terms of their politeness and knowledge.

    In July of 2022, AT&T reps hung out at Costco advertising their new fiber internet service. After 20 years with charter, this speed up was worth the change. I signed up. In August the tech came out and brought a sales guy with him. He was not invited to my home, he just showed up. Nice guy, very personable and seemed like a great offer.

    Xfinity in Florida is around $110 for 400mbps and home phone line but whenever theres a problem with the service just live chat through the app and you will get a credit off your bill. Some people might even give you $30 off your bill. $110 for 400 Mbps Internet and home phone sounds at or near "full price."

    I mean the cable company, Spectrum (part of Charter) offers speed dialing by allowing customers to enter the one digit number to call a number and phone number they are wanting to call on their website. Then when the customer dials the one digit number (followed by the # sign) on their landline (digital phone) it speed dials.

    Yes to Caudabe. I’ve used the Caudabe Sheath on my last 2 iPhones and it’s hard to beat. Great drop protection, offers good grip, MagSafe magnet is strong and it looks like a really sleek case. A bit cheaper than anything Apple makes and much better quality.
