I’m using a Razer Deathadder Adder v3 (wired), and when I change the polling rate to 8000hz on the new app, it remains at 1000hz. I tested this using razer’s polling rate tester and found that changing the polling rate in the app had no effect. On razer synapse 3, this wasn’t an issue.
My Synapse is currently on Version 20240320 (reported in-app) or 3.9.0229.022700 (reported in Windows’ Installed Apps page), and if it helps, Razer Central is on Version 7.15.0.675. My THX Spatial Audio USB is either Version 1532-0529 or 3.2.0.0 according to Windows’ Installed Apps page. I’m on Windows 11 Pro 23H2 (22631.3296).
