In my opinion Worldwide Brands is more refined than Alibaba, although not as big. Alibaba is simply a huge trade directory where you have to dig to find the right supplier. I think you can find suppliers quickly with WWB if they have the type of suppliers you are looking for in their data base. The other thing is Alibaba is free whereas WWB is not.

@Worldwide Brands-I really tought that they do dropshipping, but they just give you a list of wholesalers, dropshippers, ect. Second the suggestion for a membership to Worldwide Brands. Great directory of wholesale/dropship suppliers, plus a TON of educational content. I also agree...back when I was selling items on eBay years ago, these guys were around and I was a member for a time.

Worldwide Brands was where I started. I first consumed all of their free information (really good stuff- they will tell you also to avoid electronics in general) then I bought a membership ($300 one time payment.) You CAN find suppliers on your own (and worldwide brands will tell you this) but it's a lot more work.
