According to Smiley v Holm (1932), the gubernatorial veto is part of the "Legislature" in the Elections Clause of Article I. Assuming the same interpretation is applied to the word "Legislature" in the Electors Clause of Article II, then the only states where this would even be possible (i.e. potential Biden-won states with a GOP trifecta at state level) are AZ and GA.
It's just phony indignation. If you read the indictment you see the lengths that Trump was going to in an attempt to conceal his retention of those records from the FBI and even his own attorneys. Levin can call whoever he wants a "soviet style prosecutor" or whatever. Trump only has himself to blame for this mess.
Leverage your superior tech savvy to help them. A child could read the indictment and easily understand how laws were not just broken, but doubled-down on over and over again. And that's the reason for the meltdowns we are seeing. They understand it perfectly too, and they know there's not much they can do.

Mark, im stoked about Levin TV. I am already signed up. Im 30 years old, and i recently discovered 2 series of videos that were originally on TV a long time ago. One is "Firing Line" with William F Buckley, and the other is "Free to Choose" with Milton Friedman.
That’s usually accurate, but it depends on what “far-left” means. Years ago, talking like an anti-establishment libertarian was a left-wing ideal; but a conservative movement not only named themselves the Libertarian Party, but the “anti-establishment” song has been beaten into the ground by people who - hilariously - are singing about how much they a) love the Founding Fathers ...
If you were actually informed, you would realize that Twitter and all social media has long had a conservative bias, as confirmed by numerous studies on the topic. Furthermore they had well-defined and reasonable policies that right wing dopes ran afoul of, and were treated reasonably, which was a ban or suspension or removal of content.
The issue is about rejecting 'generalizations' in regard to one group (gun owners) while embracing them when it comes to another (muslims, immigrants). Levin uses a straw man about 'unrestricted immigration' that the original question made zero mention of, whatsoever. Levin's response is a slimy, transparent and desperate strawman.
There's a guy on Youtube who did a bunch of Master Shake/Mark Levin mashups years ago. I listened to a lot of Mark Levin for years after the 2016 election just because I thought he was hilarious. He eventually ends up yelling like that for about half of his show. Every show.
Post Funnies. exactly the claim by Mark Levin is so outrageous that not even AIPAC this claim. "there are no innocent palestinians" like defenseless children aren't innocent or smth. I've had two extensive in-person conversations with Israel-supporters since Oct 7th.
