In addition, I have noticed the NJ Unemployment phone lines -- both the public and the secret numbers-- are constantly engaged/busy. I filed a NJ UI claim on March 22nd, after weeks of waiting to here back I finally was able to claim weekly benefits on about April 13th including two back weeks, but when I got to the end the automated system said I need to speak to a representative to complete my claim. After it either hangs up on me or tells me to call the phone number I'm on.
