This speed test will run over "Maggie". Connect directly to your Starlink network to run a Starlink speed test. The interesting part is my Starlink is currently suspended and has been since April and Starlink Dish and the router is in the box sitting on the shelf in my garage. I don't have much faith in the accuracy of the Starlink App speed test.
We are in a very expensive RV resort in NW Georgia. Tomorrow's forecast is for 12-18" of rain and tropical storm winds.
The waste gate actuator is spring loaded to the shut position, rod short, and the boost pressure in the hose pushes the rod out to open the waste gate and control boost , the diaphragm in the actuator may be shot , you can test with 40 psi compressed air if you have access to a compressor, pull the hose off and attach an air supply regulated to 40 psi and see if it moves .
I have only good things to say about the Travlfi Journey XTR router. I travel from WA, MT, NV, AZ and 100% of the time I can connect with very good speed. I.e., my streaming movies do not buffer and email never has an issue. I personally recommend the TravlFi Router, because I can rely on it.

The specs say it is a 6 speed 3000 with exhaust brake. When it works I get all six speeds and the brake downshifts as it should. This has a manual shifter instead of the button pad so I am going to have to try to figure out how to get the codes from that. _____
With ET as stated see what the temperature is reading versus ambient temperature after sitting all night. See what the air temperature is reading. You will be able to see the actuation of the heater solenoid. The only accurate way I know to test the heater element it self is to test the amperage draw of the heater. It should be 92 amps +-10.
Thanks for the comments. The weight is not an issue. I would install the tank in the rear most bay (closest to drive/tag axle).
I have a 2021 Axis 24.1 with the new Ford V8 and some Ford upgrades to the suspension. Completely stock. I find that it handles pretty well- not much affect from passing 18 wheelers and good return to center force on the steering (as long as the alignment is 5+ degrees of caster).
