    Yes, the Bridge is working. And I should note that Sent emails from my protonmail account loaded just fine into Outlook. It was only the Inbox and folders that weren't working.     In Group Settings and Edit Group, the option to "Subscribe new members so they receive group email in their inbox" was already ticked (I found this one today. Under Group Settings and Follow in Inbox, the option "All Email and Events" was ticked. Under File, Options, Groups the option "Show the group header in the inbox" was ticked.

    For Outlook client, please check below things. Kindly try to search your disappear email with subject to check if its move to different folder or not. Check deleted items to verify that mails are not move to deleted folder. If it’s moved to Deleted folder, recover that email again. Check if you have created any Inbox rule from Outlook client.
