I have been having problem with Sure Cuts A Lot Pro 3. First of all it was working fine and suddently stops undoing. I hit Ctrl+Z or go to the Undo menu and it reverts the action in the letters, but nothing happens in the cutting mat. I unistalled it several times and cleaned my machine, but nothing seems to help.

Assuming you are using a PC, follow these steps. Start with clicking on your computer icon and then choose each file in this order: Computer - Local Disk (c:J. Program Files. CraftEdge. SureCutsALot. Library. Basic Shapes.lcut2 (is it there in the library folder) The Rhinestones folder should be there also.

I know what you are talking about, i cant get the score line straight either with the pen tool, I to used the rectangle and make as skinny as possible, then go to the draw tool and make the score line, then go to your layers palette and delete the rectangle, this helps me get the score line straight, it would be nice if craft edge would give a score line in the shapes library, hope this helps you.

Re: Cutting wrong size (too big) by newbiecat » Tue Jan 22, 2013 9:36 pm. there was a problem in earlier versions of SCAL with svg importing - it came in in varying larger sizes - check to see if you have the latest update which I think is 3.044 on the main craft edge website and see if that cures it. I am using sure can cut 5 on a mac. the cutter is use is GCC expert11 24. My problem is so far i have been trying to use 'sure cuts a lot 5' but having issues when trying to print and cut with a 8.5x11 heat transfer paper. the cutter is cutting all over the place on the 12x24 mat, its not cutting the design but other areas on the mat where there is no heat transfer paper. when i print from my ...
