The Egg Box Office is located on the concourse level of the Empire State Plaza at the base of The Egg. Please note: the concourse is underground. If our Plaza Level Lobby is locked, you can access the concourse through an entrance by the New York State Vietnam Memorial, 156 State St, Albany, NY 12207.
