Any time I try logging into any website, the wrong email address shows up in the autofill form. Now I have never used this address and yet. I have also checked the Basic Info section in MS Edge

That sounds like the account has been hacked. Do you mean the account setup has been changed or you received an email with rambler.ru as the domain? If you received an email I would suggest that someone or something is trying to hack the account and change details. Change your password to something very secure. Random email addresses attaching themselves in Office/Outlook but Outlook online shows proper emails. There are really 2 major problems and both occurred on 10/20 with an office/outlook update I installed. 1) My web outlook has retained all of my sent mails, but my office/outlook is not showing any sent emails between Jan 2016 and 10/22/16.
