I understand you need help on your log in with Epic. Try using a different browser to check if you can log in to it without issues. Or if not, try browsing using inprivate browsing or incognito. If that does not have, clear the cache of your browser or try using other devices to log in to your Epic account. Hope that helps!

I had the same problem and I can confirm that your epic account will be a different email to your psn account, even though your epic account is linked to your psn account. I could log in and play games on my old Ps4 using my psn log in. However, when I log in on epic pc using my psn log in credential, it then continued to ask for an email.
Epic Games seems to be having issues beyond our control when attempting to login directly via email. This can be resolved temporarily by logging in to Epic using any of the 3rd party services.
