This setting in Windows 11 is at Windows Settings > Apps > Advanced App Settings > Choose Where to get apps > Anywhere. If that's already set then you may have bought a PC that has S mode, which only allows Store apps to be installed.
If the problem persists, try to run the Windows store apps troubleshooter by going to Settings > Update & security > Troubleshoot > select Windows Store apps from the list and run the troubleshooter. Try downloading Discord again and check if the problem is fixed. Let me know how it goes.
Discord won't download I have tried to download the discord app on my pc but it keeps saying there's a problem and directs me to the setup log I don't know how to read this.
